Undiluted dettol on penis

Hi

Yesterday I rubbed undiluted antiseptic dettol on my penis head and shaft.  I did this for about 5 minutes. While I was doing it there was a strong burning feeling.

After, the skin started to become red, inflamed and tender. Today the skin feels better but the penis skin looks wrinkled and different that what it used to. I'm very worried that I've caused permanent damage to both the looks and sensitivity of my penis.

Apply coconut oil on penis, glans and on fore skin if there is dermatological problem. It is safe and effective home remedy.this was advised by  my dermatologist recently when I had problem of sliding foreskin and slightly red ring around the head of penis. It is responding well. coconut oil appears to be useful in many disorders. You may goodle'use of coconut oil" or some such phrase.

Okay... I understand.  You probably should never use anything other than regular soap and water to clean it with.  It is a sensitive area and some things just aren't meant to be there.

I ate a ton of jalapeno peppers once and then went to the bathroom.  It nearly set my penis on fire and it looked pretty bad for a day or so.  It still works fine.

Soap and water, that's all you need.  Hygiene is important but using a medical grade antiseptic is too much.  Don't gargle with bleach and no more of this stuff on your penis.

There was some small red spots on my penis and itching which I thought the dettol would help remove.

Hi Jswitch.
I am wondering why you were using Dettol on your penis in the first place?

I doubt the damage is permanent.
