Unusual Teste shape

I have had a problem for the last year, my right teste is not the same shape as my left my left is round but my right has what lloks like a extra bit of teste because it is an egg shape it fells almost that there is an extra smaller teste there i was wondering if it was cancer or just a weird shape teste, this has got me very worried for my health.

Soft or "meaty" lumps, bumps and nodules are probably nothing to worry about and testes are not always symmetrical or a matching pair. It's probably just irregularly shaped.

However, if you feel a hard lump, you should get an examination performed just as a precaution.
