Unusual action

Am 20 years old. I think i have this problem for 5 years. Whenever i see any lady, i don know y my reproductive organ rises. Often during nights, i feel uncomfortable. I can't even live as usual man. Most of the time in a day, it keeps rised and only at sometimes it is at its original state. Regarding it, the organ comparitively smaller, and it s hot after unusual ejaculation. Can any one tell the reason for it?
