Unusual bumps on penis head

I was tested for sexually transmitted infections/diseases as well as hiv and was negative for all. I had unprotected sex with this girl after the test (im away at college) and all was good for about a week, continued to have sex with her. After the week i noticed small red bumps scattered on my penis head. Maybe about 10 of them or so. I was not sure if it was irritation or some sort of bacterial infection since it came sorta quick. I was thinking something like balanitos or a yeast infection(which is what i think it was). There was no discharge, pus, nor pain. I was very upset about it so in the shower i would scrub it pretty hard with soap and one of those scrub ball things that are sorta rough. They eventually went away after about a week maybe not even. After that(im not sure how long after) ive noticed these like white patches some more visible than others on my penis head that seem not to be raised at all. Its weird because sometimes i cant even see them but sometimes I can like when there is a certain lighting. Again, no pain itchyness orbanything like that. It doesnt seem like hpv but i dont know because im not a doctor. Each one is maybe the diameter of a pea some not even and are not raised or bumpy. I only have one thats the most visible out of them but sometimes i cant even see it. It could be scarring but i dont know becasue its possible for it to be a fungal infection or bacteria. I only have about 3 of them. On top of that, i just noticed like a very tiny red bump the diameter of a needle times 2. It doesnt hurt itch or anything like that and is barely visible, but it is visiblebif you look closely. Its only been there for about a day or two but the whte ptches have been there for awhile. what could this be? I want to date this girl and have sex with her but i dont want her to get something if i do have something. Any help is appreciated as this is almost seeming to consume my life. I cant stop examining it, researching and worrying about it. Thankyou!
