Urethra pain on the outside all the way into bladder

About 8 months ago I had sex with a new partner and from what doctors have told me I especially broke or hurt my urethra.

It started out slightly painful then as time went on it got worse and then subsided to the point where only moving or pressing on the urethra hurts. Also was told its called urethritis. Also with this came burning mainly in my right thigh.

I have gone through all std tests at 7 months, herpes included.

I have been to 2 urologist and they told me the same thing to take some aspirin and it will subside but to no avail.

The one thing that changed the pain from radiating to not was taking azo to numb my urethra, I have also had a cystoscope and a little sign of inflammation found but nothing else.

Things that increase the pain are alcohol and hot water.

Can anyone point me in the right direction or share the same experience?
