Urethral opening rip

Right, well, I've recently noticed that I have a small downward tear or rip or something at my urethral opening. It's actually made the urethral opening larger. Since this is vague description. imagine this. This is urethra opening before...(I) this is urethral opening now (I). Whenever I urinate the urine pees from the bottom of the urethral opening, which isn't my actual urethral opening, it's a rip/tear/extension or something. It is not painful at all, however it does affect how the urine flows and also range of peeing and also ejaculation. I am wondering how long this will take to heal, and if it will without any help from a doctor, I'd really rather not have one examine my penis.

Anyone who has ever experienced this or has any knowledge on the subject, I'd be grateful for your advice. Also feel free to mail me.
