Urethritis

I apparently have some type of urethritis.  Burning sensation when I urinate (and a little all the time now) and the tip of the urethra (penis) is red.  There was a very small red spot on the head of the penis for a couple of days but that has cleared up.  After researching this I've concluded it could be any number of things.  I sat in a hot tub with excessive foam on it, making me think there was too much chorine in it.  I've also had more than my usual amount of alcohol lately.  Supposedly both of these can cause it.  I've also been polyamorous lately and have had several sex partners.  Always used a condom for vaginal penetration with no problems.  Unprotected oral, and the tip of my unprotected penis touched the outside of one partner's genitals once or twice.  Symptoms have been for the past few days only (at least consciously).  What are your thoughts and recommendations?  Thanks.

Thanks. Never had any issues like this and it 'a a three-day weekend. See the doctor tomorrow. Do you think it could be an STI?

Too many possibilities.  Could be Latex reaction, could be a touch of yeast, could be the hot tub wasn't clean and there is a bacterial issue.
