Sometimes I just feel more “compressed” and I am noticeably shorter, and although I have not done any actual measurements it seems as though I am occasionally shorter by about half an inch to 2 inches.
I know that is it commonCommon cold to shrink during the day due to gravity, but my actual baseline height seems to be scaling up and down as well.
To put this into perspective, I am still growing at the moment, and sometime last week I woke up to find that I was about an inch-an inch and half taller than usual. This lasted a good few days and it was very consistent, but than a couple of days ago I woke up to find that I was suddenly about an inch shorter again. Once more, this has been lasting a good few days now.
I have never heard of anything like this happening but I am just assuming that it is normalNormal saline flush for your height to sort of scale up and down depending on how compressed you are, or how stretched out you are.
Is this correct? Or is there something else that could be causing this to happen?
Is the loss of height, temporary or not, a symptom of any medical conditions?
