Vasectomy reversal after 8 years?

Ok so I am engaged to a great guy he is nearly 45 and he had a vasectomy 8 years ago after his 3rd child then he got divorced, he suffers from ED off and on and we have talked about getting his vasectomy reversed so that we can have a child together.  I really want to have a baby with him but I'm concerned that we are going to spend all the money for a reversal and with his age, ED and other medical issues that the odds for a successful conception after reversal are not very good.  Does anyone have any incite on what the chances are that he can get me pregnant after the reversal?  Thanks <3

Hi,
May be you can go for an IVF method in a fertility clinic without reversing the vasectomy
and going through the associated risks? Have a look at the following link :

Getting the surgery done is very possible. But, I don't think anyone can give you the chances of it being successful. Can it be successful? Yes it can.
I really wish I could be of more help but it's just too hard to say if this will work or not.
