Vein under foreskin

Hi,
I'm a 21yr old guy and I have a question that's concerning me a couple of months already.
When I pull the penis foreskin back, there is a big blue vein. It doesn't hurt but It looks strange. Is that a normal thing? Sorry for the bad explanation, not sure if I can post the pictures in public.

Please advise and thank you a lot!
