Vomiting bile/ gall stones

My brother has gallstones and today he started vomiting yellowish liquids which is bile, could this be from the gall stones? Or should we be concerned about the liver at this point??
Thank you

He needs to be in the hospital at this point. Like the above poster said, he probably has a blockage in the bile duct.

Not enough info for a good answer....he might have a gallston blocking the common bile duct, he might be dehydrated and it ,might be gastric what he is vomiting...gastric acid is also icky and green. If he is that ill, he might want to be seen in the ER...you have to decide. Best of luck.
