Want to get my wife Pregnet and thinks somethings wrong help me PLEASE!!!

Hello everyone I have 2 questions for you. If you could help that would be great. I am trying to get my wife pregnet and nothing I do seems to help. What should I do? ALso my balls are cold all the time they are never warm like there suppose to be. What could be wrong with me? How do I know if I don't shoot blanks?
