Weird Pain Under my Testicles

Well, I was at work yesterday and I felt a bit of pain (not too painfull) under my right testicle. Its kind of located where the part of my leg connects to the abdomen; just to the right under the testicle. It hurts a little bit when I walk, and it comes and goes. My penis is working fine, I can urinate correctly, my testicles seem the same size. I am 19 and I do some minor lifting at work (50-100lbs.)

Could this be a hernia?

Thanks! I am REALLY worried.
