Weird red marks on legs near testicals
I need help I've noticed multiple red marks on my legs near my privates I've looked online and I haven't been able to find anything like this. The marks are not bubbles they are flat and when I push on them they almost feel empty. At first I thought it was a popes blood vessel but there where no images of popped blood vessels like the things on my legs. I am starting to get worried and I'm not sure if it's something serious enough to go to the hospital for. Any information on what it might be or how to treat it will help. Also it's not a rash because it's on both sides of my testicals and not connected they are multiple spots and I have about 8 of them 4 on each leg
