What are the bumps on my penile shaft?

I've noticed I have bumps on the under side of my penile shaft. These bumps are skin coloured and for the most part seem to follow a pattern for their allignment aside from a few stray bumps a little higher up. The only times they itch a little are when I sweat a lot, and I play a lot of sports. I'm 17, I have never had any sexual interaction so I don't see how it could be something sexually transmitted like genital warts.
It's extremely concerning because I have no idea what it could be, any help?
