What are the chances of getting an STI??

Hello DR.
A week back I visited a sex worker, and I received oral sex from her, I ejaculated in her mouth.
I've been losing my head for the past week thinking if I could have caused any infections.
Please let me know if I should be worried and what are the chances of having caught any STI.
This is freaking me out

Hello,
There is no need to panic.STIs cannot be caught through casual social contact such as shaking hands or hugging. However, oral sex is one of the ways that sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are most frequently passed on.

STIs that are commonly caught through oral sex are:

    gonorrhoea
    genital herpes
    syphilis

Infections that are less frequently passed on through oral sex include:

    chlamydia
    HIV
    hepatitis A, hepatitis B and hepatitis C
    genital warts

You should contact your Doctor to run a test.
