What are these white bumps on testicles & red bumps near my pubic hair with root like attachments?

First on my pubic hair i have little red dots hat kind of look like pimples, they pop but only blood comes out. Sometimes if there is a hair growing out of it and I pull the hair out there is a white root like thing attached to it, which at first I thought was some sort of insect because it looks like it has legs almost, it however isn't alive/moving they mostly appear in clusters. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

Secondly I have white bumps all over my testicles and under the sac it'self. They aren't itchy or painful, and they do not pop despite looking like whiteheads, there is hair growing out of some but not all, and I don't know how long they have been there, I never actually looked down under my testicle sac or examined it closely until the other night when I got a cut under there and how to look down. These bumps also go on to my penis it'self (i am circumcised) and on the head of my penis there are little white pearl type bumps in small clusters, which aren't itchy or painful.

And to sum it all up and answer a few questions I'm a 19 year old male, I have been sexually active for the past 5 years and have had 6 partners total. I'm currently sexually active with my girlfriend of 6 months who does not have any of these symptoms on or around her vagina. I know I have had them for more than 6 months and we have had consistent sex for the whole duration of the relationship so I'd like to think (or hope) were it an STD she would have some symptions by now.
