What can I do ?

I am a single mom with 2 boys age 15 + 16. My 15 has some issues with the size of his penis? Now I understand that he is still growing. Unfortunately when he was younger I had a boyfriend that laughed at him when he and is brother got out of a bath. He seems to have alot of anger and resentment. Spends alot of time alone. If there is a question of size has there been an researchf or help for him if he would ever need it to increase or help him in this matter ?

Since he hasn't fully developed yet, you shouldn't bother yourself thinking about it.  He may be a late bloomer.  Anyways, it's something he should deal with on his own when the time comes.  Penis size is a controversial subject; many people say it doesn't matter... what do you think?  But I think it would mess him up to have his mother addressing the subject with him, and possibly making a problem where there is none to begin with.  Think about it.

I agree with newdude, he may be a late bloomer, penis size means nothing your boys are still young, as soon as they learn what great feelings a penis is capable of they wont care a hoot about how big it is, hate to say this but you got what you got, my advice is make the most of it, no need to be part of the stupid ego trip I gotta bigger penis than you syndrome, people like that would be better off having their penis sticking out of their forehead so everyone can see it would make a great replacement for brains, as far as your exboyfriends I can understand why he is an ex, he is an a$$hole.

Its also hard to tell how big a flacid penis is, my brother and I both born to the same parents are an example. my brother has a penis that is about 6 inches long when flacid, when erect it is a shade under 7 inches long, I guess it just fill up with blood, my penis 4 inches long when flacid is just a shade under 8 inches long when erect, I think its silly to make a mountain out of a molehill, let your sons work through their own sex life and genitals, there is nothing you or the boys can do.
