What can this be?

Hi
About 2 months ago now I had an encounter with a sex worker. We did not have sex or oral sex. She rubbed her vagina for a few seconds then rubbed the tip of my penis for a few seconds then gave me a very brief handjob before I stopped it. The next day I noticed a bit of redness on my penis and didn't think anything of it. But gradually I realised there was some red dots around my penis after I masturbate and ejaculate. My penis now seems to have white penile papules which I have told are not dangerous or spread sexually but I have never noticed them before and dry cracked lines on the tip of my penis. I've been worried that it is herpes but after seeing a doctor they said it's a yeast infection so they have me cream but it hasn't worked and nothing seems to be happening. My penis still has cracked lines and they are more noticeable when the penis is erect. I'm just worried what this can be. Would be really grateful if someone was to help.
Thanks

I'm going back tomorrow to see what it could be! Thanks for your comments! Can anything else come from my encounter? Anything more serious than a yeast infection?

I would ask for a swab for yeast. You have been on 2 meds for it but sometimes it can be a little hard to clear up. I would also recommend ask for a bacterial test.

Just worried incase this is anything more serious as I have tried two creams to help the apparent yeast infection and symptoms have not gone away. This is why I'm thinking it must be something else

No they didn't do a scab test she just visually looked at it, what else could this be from this whole situation?

Did you Dr do a scab to make sure this was a yeast infection? You could have gotten this from this woman. I know your encounter was brief but she did touch herself and then touched you.
