What could this be? Can someone help me?

I'm a 22 year old guy and over the summer I had a couple molluscum contagiosum towards the base of my penis, not cluttered together, and then had them frozen off. About a month ago, I received a hand job and nothing else. There was never any penis/vagina skin to skin contact. This past weekend, I woke up with what looks like an acne breakout on my inner thigh and some swelling and little bumps on my scrotum, only on the left side. I applied cetaphil oil control foam wash to it and only the first night, epiduo forte to it. Since then the what seems like an acne breakout is slowly going away and the bumps and swelling on the left side of my scrotum is what to me seems like it is gone. Before this weekend, I had been using Gold Bond Men's Essentials Body Powder Spray on my scrotum and the base of my penis because I'm very active and sweat a lot. After a week or so though, there were some red dots on my penis and when I stopped using it, they went away. However, my skin on my scrotum and parts of the penis have been very dry and scaly, leaving a shiny look underneath. The last time I had real sex was back at the end of February or early March. Can anyone help me?

Hey there.
I'd definitely suggest you get this checked out by a medical professional. Without any pictures and only your word to go off of, the first thing in my mind is HSV of some type, but again- don't know for sure. It very well could have been a reaction to something you had used as well, or hygiene in general could affect it.

If you can, get and STI screening in a few weeks. Check your symptoms with various other infections traditionally screened for in these tests, and find how soon you can check for the one your situation falls most closely in line with.

Best of luck, bud.
