What is the problem is my sympthoms are excessive warmth/heat in the crotch/butt area?

I have noticed over the past two weeks that I have excessive sweat in the general areas from my waist to above my knees, specifically butt and crotch area and inner thighs. Without any physical exertion, I ocassionally get very hot/warm and sweaty in these areas. It feels at those these areas have been bathed in Ben Gay and is very uncomfortable. I also notice that my genital area is much warmer/hotter than my upper body. A 4 minute walk to the train station and my underwear are wet with moisture, I feel like a heat lamp is shining on me. Also, I have noticed during this same time I am urinating more frequently. Always feel like I have to urinate.
