What is this bump I have in the head of my penis?

There is a bump on my penis, it feels like extra skin and there is a small hole on it. Underneath the bump is a large brown spot. What is this? I have never had sex so it can't be an std.

Looks like a zit to me. The opening could be a clogged duct. I had one once in the same area. It healed using a warm washcloth held against it a few times a day for a couple of weeks. Good luck!

Does it easily move around under the skin? I also think it's a zit. Hold a warm wet washcloth over it a couple / few times a day for a week. If that does not diminish or remove it, you probably need to see a doctor.

No it doesn't move under the skin at all. I will try to do what you said, if not I guess I will see a doctor. Thank you a lot.

I do not see anything unusual. If it is the bump just by your thumbnail, that looks like a zit. See if it can be expressed.

I don't think that can be it because it has been there for as long as I can remember. It hasn't gone away no matter how many times I wash it or anything. I'm very confused and I'd like to know what I have before I know for certain that I need to visit a doctor or not. I've read a lot of other posts but they all seem to be different from what I have, therefore I cannot find anything that helps.
