What is this single bump on penis shaft?

Hello, this is my first post on this site.
I am currently experiencing a single pimple-like bump on the right underside of the shaft of my penis and I was wondering what it could be. I have only ever had this one bump and when I touch it, it does cause discomfort. I have not been sexually active since March of this year and this bump has only been there for one week. It is regular in shape and has a smoothish top and no real discoloration. It also feels as though there is fluid inside of it and is roughly 2cm raised above skin level. I have only ever had protected sex though I have received unprotected oral stimulation. Any insight into this would be a tremendous comfort. Thank you!

It is probably a ingrowing hair if you shave and my opinion you SHOULD be sure to apply lots of baby oil on shaved area this will stop razor burn and ingrowing hairs I had one. It sounds like the same as what you have I just squeezed it like a zit and even scraped it with my swiss army knife to get the hair out BE CAREFULL keep shaving the women like it nice and clean

Go to the Dr. Get it checked. It may just be a zit. It could also be more serious. The younger you are, the better the chance of just being a zit. Go ahead and get the prostate checked while you are there. Make the good Dr earn his pay. :D
