What is this

First of all let me say that when I was circumsized badly when I was a baby. Occasionally, through the years there a a spot around the head of my penis that gets a little tender. Couple of weeks ago. I noticed a growth about the size of a pea where the irritation had been. I have looked on several websites and it really does not look like the picture of the cyst I have seen and it doesn't really look like a wart or mole. Although if I had to pick one it would be closer to the wart pictures. It is not sore at all, and is a little dry looking around the edge. Does this sound familiar to anyone.

You may not be willing to agree with me, but bring this up at your doctor's office. Many times we are embarassed, whereas, to a doctor, it is nothing at all.
