What should I do now?

What should I do now?

I am 31 years old. For all my life, my foreskin covered my penis totally when not erect, when it is erect, it only retracts enough to show the slit from which everything comes out. The tip of my penis under the skin, having been so protected for so long, is so sensitive that I cannot use it to touch anything (so sex is out of the question). During masturbation I usually hold the foreskin so that it does not retract too much during ejaculation

Yesterday, I decided to let it retract all the way. The skin went all the way back to show the penis head during ejaculation. It didnt roll back after I was not erect anymore. I let it remain like this, natrually it was sensitive and difficult to wash and walk but I bear the pain, as my penis looks more normal (like what you usually see in porn) without the foreskin.

This morning I noticed a swelling under the head of the penis. I dont know what it is.. My penis head is no longer so sensitive but this swelling part is sensitive

What should I do now? Should I try to roll my foreskin back over it or let it be? What can I do about the swelling? Any help is appreciated!!

The swollen part is getting larger and larger and it's painful for me to even walk, I don't think I can roll my foreskin back even if I want to now.

Please help, what can I do??
