What should i do?

My girlfriend notified me and told me she went to the doctor and she was diagnosed with trichomonas.I went to the doctor and they gave me three pills to take,i dont remember there names but they were antibiotics.When my girlfriend and i i have sexual intercourse i noticed my ejaculation was thicker and more white in color,from taking these pills the thickness and color went away but then showed up three days later. Iam also suffering from i believe an infection that the doctor prescribed me benzoyl peroxide that doesnt seem to be working.My scrotum is very itchy and when i wash there is large amounts of dirt.
