What's next

I am 57 years old, and suffer from BPH. My doctors say that I have an extremely larged prostate. I had a prostate biopsy a month and a half ago. No cancer, however, the prostate is still enlarged. I have been taking Flomax for the past 2-3 months, and was recently given and antibiotic to see if the swelling would go down.

I feel as if things are getting worse. For the past 3-4 weeks, I have been suffering from severe lower back and pelvic pain. The back pain is constant, and becomes unbearable with the onset of pelvic pain. The pelvic pain occurs during bowel movements. It become extremely painful while driving over rough roads.

What should I do now?
