White bumps on penis

ello,
      I am rather scared since i have noticed white bumps on my penis. I am uncircumsized. These bumps are on the skin not the actual penis under the skin. I have never had sex( as in penetrating) and i had received oral sex  back in november i checked myself then and three months later and nothing. These bumps look like pimples they don't hurt if i touch them or press them. I tried to pinch them out like a pimple but im not sure if thats the right thing to do. There arent many like 3 or 4. I have noticed these bumps in the past few days. They are not big and dont seem to grow for the few days that i have noticed them.  Do i have and STD if not then what is it. ? I just noticed them recently so i don't know.

being uncircumcised,   i noticed little white bumps.  They appear to be a genetic normality in men.  I assume that in circumcised men these little bumps get chafed off  during normal activity.  

   from what i have researched it is not an std. but if doubt remains,  i was always told to see a doctor for a more professional or definate understanding of the situation.
