White dry flaky patch on scrotum skin.
I am 25 years old unmarried male.For the past few days I notice a white dry flaky patch of skin on lower portion of my scrotum.When I scratch it, a white dry skin peels off with itching,otherwise no itching.I am applying sweet almond oil to it,for moisturizing, but no help the problem still exists.Kindly, help me regarding my problem.
