White marks all over my penis and testicles

I have many small, painless white marks all over my penis and testicles. Each one is no more than a millimetre in diameter. They have persisted for over 6 years. I am 24 years old and have never had sexual intercourse, and feel this isn’t possible until I sort out this problem. What should I do about this? Will they go away eventually? Is there any treatment I can buy from the chemist for this – I am loath to see a doctor for obvious reasons. Can anybody help?

do a google image search on pearly penile papules ! is it similar ? copleatly normal!
