White pubic hairs..

Hello,
I'm a 14-year-old, non-sexually active, man and recently I noticed that my pubic hairs began turning white in-between my sack and penis.. it's grown to a really big patch and I'm a little embarrassed to see a doctor.
Also, while I'm at it, I've been noticing these little brown patches (mahogany-ish) on the base of my penis and also these little white things that if I squeeze them right they pop on my sack..
Please, I really need to know what this might be and if I need to see a doctor..

Dude, those little white spots might just be pubic hair root things. I dont know the techical name, but they sound like the "root-like" features. So thats where your pubic hairs will grow from. I wouldnt pop them.
