White skin at back,underneath foreskin?

for the past 2 weeks iv had an small itchy dry patches on my foreskin and i tried putting betnovate on this thinking it was my eczyma, then a few days ago as i pulled back my foreskin i noticed the skin nearer the back was a grey/whitish colour and looked very dry, i tried putting vaseline/moisture on it but it wasnt dry, a few days ago i scrubbed really hard whilst in the bath and it came off? and i thought the worry was over, but now its back again and my foreskin seems sore/tighter? what culd the problem be? im not sexually active and im 18

Go to a dermatologist if possible.  It could be vitiligo which is an autoimmune condition where the body attacks your pigment cells.  Aside from aesthetics there are no health concerns.  It typically starts in the genital areas
