Wierd bump on my penis.

Okay I am 18 years old and have only had sex once with a girl I know was a virgin, but about a week ago on the bottom of my penis, there developed a big bump that looks like a pimple, and has all the characteristics to one, and when you squeeze it blood comes out, and sometimes a little white stuff. But what scares me is that there is still a lump under the skin which im wondering is the rest of the white stuff. It always gets inflamed, and now it will ooze out on its own sometimes, it's not that big but it is bigger than a pimple you would get on your face. If anyone knows what this could be and what I should do please post something.

It may be a boil they have been known to form near the genital area. But to be sure I'd see a doctor about it
