Worm in penis' skin?

Hello.

I have two depressions/hole in my penis' skin since when I was young. I don't know the reason and how thay are formed, anyway.

When I looked at my penis with a more precise look today, I found out that a tiny black/dark brown thing was visible from the holes, so I tried to bring it out and what I found was something like a flattened white/yellow worm with a dark brown tip. Although I am not sure if it is a worm, it just lookes like a flattened 0.7cm worm. The same thing was brought out from the second hole in my penis.

Anyone knows what the problem is?
