Worried about Clamydia(chlamydia)

Dear doctor here,
Can Clamydia (chlamydia) Bacteria transfered to someone else through Urine? ... let say some one who has it (Clamydia (chlamydia)) take a pee on public urinaire and few minutes later another person (clean) take a pee too on the same urinaire and accidently touch the part of urinaire that wet by the first guy's urine? ... is there a possibiity that the second guy would get contaiges?
Please I need enlightment. Thank you
