Worried about pregnancy and herpes

7 months ago I had sex with this girl and then took off the condom had sex for approx. 20 sec. I thought I had contracted some sort of diseases. I did not ejaculate in her or outside of her.I went to a clinic 9 days after nd tested myself for every STD exept herpes. After 4 months i took and HIV test and it came out negative. 3months ago i had another encounter with another girl in and she said she had no diseases, this time i used a condom properly, but i was so scared that i did'nt have sex more that 2min.While rubbing my penis witha  sock i think i developed an irritation on the left side of the shaft of my penis on march 1st. I  thought this was herpes and went to 3 hospitals. All said that it wasnt herpes and that i was paranoid. They gave me bacitracin to lubricate the foreskin to prevent further rubbing. I followed their directions and no longer did have an irritation.I decided to change treatments and use aquafor which was sticking to my penis and was hard for it to be cleaned off leaving a sticky feeling. Yesterday I masturbated nd felt irritated again. i put bacitracin nd its feeling better. there are no sores just 1 raised sort of pimple on the side. there is no pus coming out or anything oozing out, no ulcer. I have no pain when urinating, nor discharge, no rash, just a little red. This has lasted about 19 days, with no progression just the same. I feel no tingling sensation or sharp pains, fatigue, headaches, fever, just irritation on the side of the penis.My question is 1)do you think its herpes after my 6 month encounter?

no .i think you are anxious ,from your other post too it is not your baby  either . if she was 7 months she would have a large bump ! you need some serious sex ed !  you sound quite young,do you have an adult you can talk too about  it?
you will not catch anything or get anyone pregnant as long as you are safe and protect yourself properly , you need to use water based lubrication if she is dry as oil ones damage condoms,  and if you cant get inside its because she needs lube . you can use it too while masterbating (masturbating) to ease irritation . hope this helps x x
