Worried about problems

I have been having some problem, which has been causing me some concern for the last few weeks, when I ejaculate my semen is runny with lumps and tinged yellow as if mixed with urine, it also has an unpleasant smell. The lumps are sometimes colourless. If I do not ejaculate frequently, the more lumpier it becomes. This sometimes causes some discomfort when ejaculating. I am 19
