Worried anout Penis Size and Condition

I'm 20 years old.Now,my Penis Size is 4.5inch when erecting.When normal,it's too small like about 3.5inch.I'm 6ft tall.Now,when I masterbate,it's not getting too hard also.

But earlier it was 6-7 inch when ercting. Though earlier also,the normal penis size was 3.5inch.It was getting harder when erecting than now.

Earlier I don't have a girl friend.Now,I have one.So,the problem is embarrasing for me.

By earlier,I mean to say 1-2years ago.Is everything alright???
Now I am often tired also for pressure of my study.

I want to know that is everything alright?Am I normal?I mean to say is my Penis size is normal??
Please answer me as early as possible.I am very worried about this.
