Yeast infection or STI?

a few months ago my boyfriend told me that after sex he started itching and had some swelling on his penis. I decided to get myself checked out to see if it had anything to do with me and found out I had a yeast infection.  I was given a fluconazole tablet for both him and I and hoped that would solve the problem. we've had sex many occasions since then and no problems. a few days ago after we had sex he went to the bathroom and washed off and the next day he called me and told me he found two water filled buttons on his penis and it was slightly swollen and itching. i'm not sure what to make of this, he's feeling sort of embarrassed to visit the doctor with this type of complaint and I am not experiencing any symptoms of another yeast infection or of any problem. can anyone give some insight or any advice if they had a similar experience.  thanks

Yes, your boyfriend could be allergic to the spray.

I used to use a feminine deodorant spray on my underwear and my privates the first time when I got the yeast infection and I stopped using it on my vagina and would just spray it on my underwear so I'm not sure if that is what is causing the problem

He should'nt be worried about seeing the Dr because he needs to find out what's going on. I doubt it's another yeast infection or you would having symptoms too.
Are you using a different brand of condom, anything you can think of that might be causing your boyfriend to have these symptoms?
