aching in the area inbetween testicles and anus

i have a aching in the area inbetween my testicles and anus it sometimes get quite painful i have seen a doctor but he cannot see anything wrong. i have no problems with going to the toilet either way. no swelling lumps or bumps and no infection does anyone know what this pain is.

I have same thing. For years. I believe, this is hemorrhoid, which happens to be internal and near other organs.

thanks for replies i dont think it is prostate as no other symptoms associated with prostate problems.  i stand most of the day my job is not strenuous it hurts while standing and aches while sitting i have had this for six months. i have been diagnosed with a small internal hemmeroid which did pop out and then dissapeared. i dont think hemmeroids ache. i also think the area where there is pain is called perineal

Do you have a Desk job or perform strenuous activities? It could be the way you sit.  When does it hurt? lying? sitting?
