anus problem

hi i am 23,male........i have a problem in my anus...if i sit somewhere for a long time i will have somewhat like an irritation on my anus...it does not hurt but it will irritate me  lot n also while passing stools initially it will pain a lot then after a little flow of stools that pain will stop.the pain is somewhat lie a burning pain and i don't have any kind of growth near my anus....i don't know what this is??? can somebody please help....it would be really helpful....

you coud have hemmaroids or just have burn from stool somtimes if not wiped too well it burns the skin kinda like nappy rash , try a barrier cream if that does not work see a doc for summat stronger x x
