bruising on penis..popped blood vessel?

Recently noticed a bruise like mark on the shaft of my penis. It does not hurt, but i am worried to even try to get it erected to see if pain occurs. It is not a typical bruise such as on a leg or arm. But is just purple and i can see the blood vessel all fat and purple when i stretch my penis. There is no pain as i said before. I noticed this when i woke up the next morning. i do have one partner that i have sexual intercourse with. But nothing like this has ever occurred.should i  be concerned? it has been two days. and it seems the same. Yet still no pain.

I'm not a doctor, and even if I were, it would be impossible to diagnose someone over the Internet. However, the penis has a lot veins and blood vesicles in it, and because the penis skin is so thin, these blood vesicles become more pronounced (and look purple) when you pull on the skin in a certain way. You might have bruised your penis (which is not uncommon). Have you noticed any changes since yesterday? What happened when you got an erection? If there is no pain or swelling, it is likely not anything serious. However, if they problem still exists a few days after, you should get checked out by a doctor.
