bumps on the head of penis and im 12 years old

i am a 12 year old teen and i have a bump on the head of my penis.it is like a black color. i am uncircumcised so i have a foreskin and i have not had sex. i have had this bump since for a while. probably when i started puberty and that was when i was like early 10. i have not told my parents about this because i just dont like alking about that stuff with my parents so im asking on this website. i am Christian if you are wondering but plz help me. tell me if i need to go to the doctors. i tried to upload the pic but i couldnt but i'll try and post the question soon with the picture but for now try and answer the question. thank you

I wouldnt worry to much about it, its probably most likely a mole, however you need to tell your parents so that you can go to the doctors and you can get it checked just incase.
