burning penis tip

i had unprotected interrupted oral sex which lasted about one minute about 3 weeks ago. about 15 minutes later the tip of my penis began to feel like burning mildly with or without urination. then a few weeks later i had regional lymphadenopaty tender lymph nodes in thighs. no red bumps no lesion no cloudy discharge. also my penis smells foul.  i finished a regiment of doxycycline, z-pak, acylcovir and am considering cipro xr.  which test should i have done to diagnose?  obviously clamydia (chlamydia), trich, gonorrhea and herpes come to mind  any suggestions would be appreciated

followup  i was blood tested and swabbed tested for a gamut of stds but all egative
unfortunatley my regional lymphadenopathy is still present as is the tingling feeling on the tip of my penis
im currently on antifungals and doxycycline
but i wonder if its not herpes

Were you swabbed for herpes? blood tested for it?
