can repair of penis opening whole

I have enlarged the whole size of my penis opening with the help of a medical assistant by using a sharp edged knife for fast urinate. Now I am feeling very bad, as other person can urinate very long distance, but myself can only in short distance. Moreover while ejaculation, the sperm is only spreed in my forehead, hence real pressure is not there as earlier. It may leads to inability to fertility.   Please help me to restore the same

Hi,
   I did not know that it was as easy as that to enlarge the  penis hole size. In any case, now that you have done it, better to stay with it, as the side effects you have mentioned are not appearing to be important. In any case, I do not think it would affect fertility, since inside the vaginal tube, it is not the ejaculatory force that moves the sperm forward, the healthy sperms swim all the way to their destination, once they are dropped inside.
