If one has already had children
is old enough (55) not to expect a new sexual relationship since women ignore him totally
has noticed that one of his testicles is increasing in size
does not have a normal sexlife since his wife left him for another man
fears prostate cancer because of lack of normal sexual activity

shouldnt that person lucidly envision to castrate himself so as to cut down his libido and no longer have to masturbate to empty his glands of naturally produced seminal fluid and thus diminish the probability of contracting prostate cancer ?

One envisions to castrate himself using a band castrator to do it himself verycarefully of course.

if you do not mind no longer producing testosterone and the side effects that go along with it such as breast growth,muscle loss,weakness,osteoporosis,becoming overly fat, etc.go to a doctor and find out why your one testicle is growing and reconsider the castration.once they are gone you cannot get them back.join a dating website and find someone to fall in love with.don't give up.

well the health benefits are a hit and miss, but, the negatives are really bad. Depression is the major one, im talking gun in mouth depression, ok? no just feeling down... the side effects tlh777 are all real. I know this because im a medically required castrate, i had tumors bilaterally, its not a pleasant thing to go though. An elastrator is painful as hell i imagine, you would cut it off in nothing flat. If your really serous about this then you need to talk to a shrink then get a letter of clearance, then you can go to a SRS clinic and get it done....

I much recommend just figuring out whats wrong with your enlarged testicle...

could be testicular cancer be careful. With castration i think you would also run a higher risk of male breast cancer

If you are considering castrating yourself, you have some serious problems that need to be immediately addressed with a mental health professional.  

And you need to figure out why your testicle is increasing in size.
