chronic prostatitis & fertility

Happy Holidays everyone, i have been having this question on my mind for so many years
my urologist can't answer it for me, i have chronic prostatitis, since 2007 or around 2008

I am 26 years old, i have the same symptoms with this issue such as
--
premature ejaculation
lower back pain
burning/stinging urine
prostate pain
depression
--
My urologist put me on avodart and flomax, i know when ever i get off of this crap which is probably never but
if i ever decide to get off it one of these days to try and become a father sometime in the near future.
Is it possibly if i can become a father with a healthy child with chronic prostatitis?

I have been so depressed over the years with this problem, all i can do is cry because i am so hurt by this
and no one can seem to help me with this, even asking my urologist straight up, maybe if a doctor or urologist
can help me with this problem? Maybe i could take amino acids or something when the time is right to
build my count up?
