cleaning

hello, i'm a 33 year old male that isnt uncircumsized, there is always white resadue when i pull it back. i try to get get as much off by soaking n the tub then pulling the skin back and forth without touching it because of the huge amount of Senitivty involved. is there any other way of cleaning it without touching it?

I had the same problem you had.  It took me forever to be able to clean myself with my hand and I know that it's painfully sensitive and It's very painful if you don't get to clean it.  These may seem a little awkward but this is what I did:  I'd get a soft erection and then pull the skin over the head almost like masturbation (in the tub p.s.) - the dried secretion tends to flake off.  Prior to this, while I was still flaccid I would pull the foreskin back and shake my penis around - it loosens it.  I hope this helps you out.  You might wanna try pulling back the foreskin in the shower and running the head of your penis under the jets of the shower.  It's really sensitive at first but eventually it will dull down to the point where you can rub it with your hand.  I hope I was able to help you out - goodluck!
