could it be the low testosterone????

I was recently diagnosed with a low thyroid a couple of months ago. During the testing I was told that my testosterone was low as well. It was 230 and i am 42 years old. The thyroid has since been fixed however I still have the following symptoms. Can this be from the testosterone bwing low:

Extreme Fatigue (exhausted)
Shaky Hands
Irritable
Inability to remember stuff
ear ringing

Also my Endo said that if i do have low testos (he just tested me again) there are further tests he would like to run. What is he referring to?
