ct scan of a males abdomen and pelvis

Tags: abdomen, pelvis, Health, ct scan, bilateral, cysts, incidental, linear, lung, medial, renal

CT scan shows mild linear scarring at the medial anterior right lung base and also incidental bilateral small simple renal cysts. Can you give me more information on both of these diagnosis?
